Today we’d like to introduce you to Peggy Diaz De Casanova
Hi Peggy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today? I founded JaxTrámites in 2017, shortly after arriving in the United States, driven by the need to handle my own asylum process. I faced numerous challenges that many immigrants experience, such as a lack of knowledge and understanding of the laws. The difficulties were so significant that even something as simple as taking the necessary photos for the case was hindered by our limited financial resources. This experience inspired me to create JaxTrámites, with the goal of providing immigrants with the support I lacked at the beginning, to make their journey in this new country easier
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far? It hasn’t been easy; I had to resume my studies to ensure I could provide a reliable and high-quality service. In addition, I stay constantly updated on the daily changes in immigration law. I’ve successfully trained both myself and my entire team, allowing us to offer clients accurate information and dependable services they can trust.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know? Jaxtramites LLC was founded in 2017 by Peggy Diaz De Casanova, a professional in Paralegal studies and Notary of the State of Florida. It is a company focused on helping immigrants in the area that requires it, because each process is important to us. We have a professional team of highly trained preparers in all areas to make each process a success. Our motto “efficiency, speed and trust” guarantees our clients excellence and effectiveness in their legal and immigration processes.
Jaxtramites is a place where immigrants can find solutions, no matter what process they want to start, we will always have a solution at their fingertips.
We carry out any legal or immigration process that does not require a lawyer.
We are constantly innovating, looking for new ways, relying on the latest technology formats to give our clients the most reliable information. At Jax Trámites we have a wide network of specialized professionals.
If you need more information about a specific procedure, do not hesitate to contact us!
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us? It is crucial to understand the many challenges immigrants face as they cross into the United States every day. This is why I’ve made it my mission to establish this company, with the goal of helping them navigate these challenges and achieve a peaceful, legal, and fulfilling life in this great country. In doing so, we contribute to the well-being of the community and support a sector that has been largely underserved.
Más allá de las notarizaciones: cómo Peggy Diaz de Jax Tramites apoya la misión de Estrellita de Belén
In the heart of Jacksonville, Peggy Diaz is more than just a Paralegal and Notary Public at Jax Tramites. Known for her dedication to her clients, Peggy is committed to helping families navigate complex legal situations, reunify with loved ones, and secure their legal status in the U.S. But her passion for supporting the community extends beyond her office. Peggy and Jax Tramites are active supporters of local causes, including Estrellita de Belén—a foundation dedicated to helping children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) in Venezuela.
A Day in the Life of Peggy Diaz: Supporting Families Through Hard Work and Dedication
At Jax Tramites, Peggy’s work goes far beyond notarizing documents. She plays a crucial role in helping families stay together by guiding them through the often overwhelming legal processes required to remain in the U.S. Whether it’s assisting with TPS (Temporary Protected Status), processing vital documentation, or providing much-needed guidance, Peggy’s commitment to her clients is unmatched.
For many, Peggy is more than just a notary—she is a trusted advisor and a source of hope during challenging times. Her dedication to her work directly impacts the lives of countless individuals in the Hispanic community, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their dreams.
Community Involvement: Sponsoring Events and Raising Awareness for Estrellita de Belén
While Peggy’s primary focus is on her clients, she also finds meaningful ways to give back to the community, including sponsoring fundraisers and events that support Estrellita de Belén’s mission. By providing financial sponsorships and participating in local community events, Jax Trámites helps raise awareness for the foundation’s work in Venezuela.
Through these sponsored events, Peggy helps connect the Jacksonville community with Estrellita de Belén, amplifying their efforts to provide medical care, procedures, and nutritional support to children suffering from CHD. Her involvement isn’t about being in the spotlight—it’s about quietly supporting a cause she believes in and encouraging others to do the same.
The Impact of Small Businesses: How Jax Trámites Makes a Difference
Peggy’s work is a powerful reminder that small businesses can have a significant impact on charitable work. While Jax Tramites may not directly handle Estrellita de Belén’s legal documentation, their sponsorship and community support play an essential role in the foundation’s success. By partnering with Estrellita de Belén, Peggy demonstrates that you don’t need to be a large corporation to make a meaningful difference.
Local businesses like Jax Tramites are often at the heart of their communities, uniquely positioned to connect with people on a personal level. Through sponsorships, participation in fundraisers, and advocacy for worthy causes, they contribute to the fabric of community support, proving that every effort—no matter how big or small—matters.
Call to Action: Join the Effort to Support Local Charities
Peggy Diaz’s journey with Estrellita de Belén highlights the importance of community involvement and the impact that local businesses can have. Here are some ways you can join the effort:
Sponsor a Local Cause: Consider sponsoring a fundraiser, community event, or awareness campaign to support a charity you believe in.
Use Your Platform: Whether you have a business or a personal social media account, use it to raise awareness about the challenges faced by children with CHD in Venezuela and the work being done by organizations like Estrellita de Belén.
Attend Community Events: Show your support by attending local fundraisers and charity events. Every person who shows up helps amplify the cause.
Encourage Others to Get Involved: Share stories of your involvement and inspire friends, family, and fellow business owners to contribute in their own ways.
Peggy Diaz and Jax Trámites exemplify the spirit of giving back to the community. By going beyond her role as a Paralegal and Notary Public and supporting causes like Estrellita de Belén, Peggy shows us that true community leaders are those who use their skills, resources, and hearts to make a difference.
Together, we can build a stronger, more compassionate community—one notarization, one sponsorship, and one act of kindness at a time.
